Privacy overview

This policy describes the client-side version of FreeToolsPoint. Tools calculate and process files in your browser. We do not operate an application backend that receives calculator inputs, document contents or images. Loading the website still sends normal web requests to the hosting service.

Information you provide

Tool inputs are used in the current browser session. If you choose to email freetoolspoint@gmail.com, your email provider and our mailbox provider process your address, message and any attachments. Please do not send sensitive files when reporting a problem.

Browser processing and files

Calculation, image compression, DOCX text extraction and text generation run on your device. All tool code is served from this website; no tool calls an external data service or an AI model. Downloads are stored wherever your browser saves them. Clear them from your device when they are no longer needed.

Cookies and local storage

Google AdSense may use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart and count page views.

Two tools use your browser's localStorage, and nothing else does. The time zone converter stores the cities you mark as favourites under the key favoriteCities, and the content calendar generator stores one set of template settings under the key smp_template. Both stay in that browser until you remove them through the tool or clear site data for this domain. Closing a tab does not delete them, and other people using the same browser profile can see them.

Advertising and consent

This website loads the Google AdSense advertising script. Google and its partners may use cookies and device information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted and consented to. Required consent controls must be configured before relevant advertising is enabled. You can read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google advertising settings.

Analytics

This website loads Google Analytics 4. It records page views and general information such as the page address, referring page, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser type, and uses cookies to recognise repeat visits. We use these statistics to see which tools are used and to find broken pages. The values you type into tools and the files you select are not sent to Google Analytics. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting and email services

The hosting service receives information necessary to deliver pages and files, including an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Server logs may be retained under the host’s configuration. We do not specify a fixed log-retention period because it has not been established for this site. Support email is handled through Gmail. External links open services with their own privacy policies.

How information is used

Web requests enable page delivery and troubleshooting. Support messages are used to respond to questions and investigate reported errors. Locally saved preferences support the tool features you choose. We do not send your calculator values or uploaded file contents to an analytics service.

Sharing

File and calculator inputs are not uploaded by the tools. Hosting and email providers process the information needed for their services. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal obligation. Loading Google AdSense sends requests from your browser to Google.

Retention and deletion

Tool inputs remain in the page while it is open; the saved template and favourite cities persist until you remove them. Downloaded files remain on your device. Support emails may be retained to follow up on your issue. Contact us to request deletion of an email exchange, subject to any applicable obligations.

Security

Use a trusted browser and device for private files. Browser extensions, other device users and your own backups are outside the control of this website. No system can guarantee absolute security. The site uses HTTPS for delivery.

International visitors

FreeToolsPoint is available to worldwide English-language users. Hosting and email services may process request or correspondence data in other countries. Tool file processing remains in your browser.

Questions and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Email freetoolspoint@gmail.com with your request. You can independently clear browser storage and downloads. We may need information sufficient to identify the support correspondence you mean.

Children

Do not submit personal information about a child through support email. Calculators are general-purpose tools; adult BMI categories are not intended to assess children. A parent or guardian may contact us about information sent in error.

External links

Links to references, email providers or other services lead to independently operated websites. Their data practices apply after you follow the link. Inputs are not automatically sent to those sites by our tools.

Browser privacy signals

You can manage Google advertising preferences using the Google advertising settings linked above. A browser privacy signal does not delete local storage that is already saved, or files you have already downloaded.

Policy changes

Updated October 1, 2026 to describe the current set of client-side tools, to name the two features that use browser storage and to describe the two third-party scripts on the site, Google AdSense and Google Analytics. This policy will be revised when the site’s actual processing changes.
